In June 2024 Okulaba members came together to develop joint vision, mission and values statement. The purpose was to align our ideas, wishes and motivations and make us a more effective team. In an interactive and creative process we gave our undertakings a direction and ambition.
After the workshop we tested the statements and collected feedback from important stakeholders. We continued to discuss and refine. Now we are ready to share.
